Listing Description

Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen is a restaurant that was opened by Jamie Oliver in 2002 to put young unemployed teenagers into work and to “persuade them the future is their’s to create”. The restaurant recruits young adults aged 18-24 and trains them to be qualified chefs with an “unique apprentice programme”.

The restaurant was named Fifteen after the first 15 apprentices that were employed and the restaurant has had great reviews from Timeout.

Fifteen’s website says: “Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen is committed to sourcing seasonal, high quality ingredients from the best suppliers throughout the UK and Italy.”

The access and facilities sound great too! Fifteen hasn’t been audited yet but when I called I found out the following: There are two floors to the restaurant and the ground floor is totally accessible with no obstacles, such as steps, to make life difficult. There is also a fully equipped disabled toilet! Getting into the restaurant is easy, with the use of a portable ramp – there doesn’t seem to be any problems here!

Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen London gets a provisional 2.5 BBS Ticks until we give them a visit!
