Listing Description

An old warehouse, on the waterfront, in Copenhagen may seem an unlikely place to find the best restaurant in the world. But it is here that the two Michelin starred Noma can be found.

Winner of the Restaurant Magazine, Best Restaurant in the World title in 2010, 2011 and 2012, Noma serves classic Nordic cuisine with an innovative and groundbreaking twist.  Head chef René Redzepi was named one of Time Magazines 100 most influential people in the world for 2012 for his inventive approach to cooking. His menu experiments with raw razor clams, bone marrow, reindeer moss, pork scratchings with blackberry pulp and live ants! The brilliantly unusual selection of dishes and the reputation of the restaurant make Noma an unmissable experience.

The restaurant’s disabled access is good too. With plenty of space to move in and a disabled toilet within the building.

Noma, unsurprisingly, gets a provisional 3 BBSTicks.
