Listing Description

We had a late Sunday lunch at the Phoenix Palace Chinese Restaurant and I must say I was very impressed. The access for wheelchair users is via a ramp at the front door, then main restaurant access is on one level including the less abled WC which is well equipped with drop down hand rails and emergency pull cord. The only problem was that the mirror above the sink is too high for a wheelchair user.

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant with a great atmosphere, a real buzz and fantastic food. The dim sum was delicious as was the crispy pork belly and Cantonese duck. The manager for our table was called Jimmy and he made sure that our meal and visit to the Phoenix Palace were most enjoyable.

I will surely be returning to this restaurant in the near future to try some other dishes.

The Phoenix Palace gets a very good 2.5 BBS Ticks.
