“A brilliant week’s holiday at Rhodes Palladium. We had a gorgeous pool/sea view from our balcony. Shame it was too hot for me to sit out for very long – mustn’t complain about the weather though.

As a wheelchair user what made the holiday for me was the decking that runs to the sea, the Palladium really had thought of everything the decking even ran under 3 beach sun loungers reserved for disabled guests. They also have a beach wheelchair and an adapted swimming float, there was great rejoicing in our family when I was able to go in the sea for the first time in years.

All very impressive and I was the only person in a wheelchair that week. We must thank staff for their service particularly noteworthy was Landi who was so aware of people’s needs and would ask other guests to leave a disabled reserved sunbed if they were not entitled to use it when I showed up. Likewise the restaurant manager, Vagelis, who made sure we had a table close to the buffet.
