Listing Description

We recently had to find a hotel in Leicester Square that had access for disabled people. We came up with Victory House, M Gallery by Sofitel, with 86 bedrooms of which a stunning 6 are accessible according to the website (although their reception said they had 4). They also confirmed they had wet rooms with grab bars.

Victory House Boutique Hotel Part of The M Gallery From Sofitel
Flat Access to the Hotel is Via The French Bistro Restaurant
Rooms Appear Small But We’ve Been Told at Least 4 Are Accessible, With Wet Rooms

It has a historic 19thc facade and is a boutique hotel hidden in the bustle of the Square. The rooms look small but maybe the accessible ones are larger?

With regard to the entrance there are 2 steps at the main door but there is flat access via the restaurant (a french bistro) entrance. We were assured this was very close to reception and it wasn’t far to walk/wheel. We will confirm when we visit.

Until then they get a provisional 2 BBS Ticks
